All the other gasket materials one can go and buy at any parts store, but nobody seems to stock the exhaust stuff around me.

My local autoparts store has it by the sheet. Mr Gasket makes it.

You need to find yourself another auto parts store. Even the chain stores will sometimes stock it and I know that they can order it!

Fel-Pro makes it and every NAPA on the planet has it in stock or can get it same/next day for no freight cost.

What he said. So far I've only had to redo my manifold once in 75k. That's with a missing manifold to head bolt too.

This is for a sailboat engine, ultracopper is some good stuff, but I don't trust it THAT much (CO leaks are the concern), which is the reason the exhaust had to come apart in the first place.
