This seems to be quite the feat, finding 13" rims for a fwd car. Any suggestions? Diamond Racing has steelies for around $75US per rim, but thats basically the only "new" 13" rims I can find.

You can also try Panasport wheels and Keizer wheels. They both make aluminum or magnesium wheels in 13" in just about any offset and bolt pattern. They will be more $$$ than the steelies. Check the Legrand build on this website. Per is running 13" magnesium centered Keizers on it. The same wheel comes with an aluminum center.
Used Formula SAE wheels. We have some old ones we want to sell. What width/offset are you looking for? Some can be redrilled to what ever pattern you want, Some have multiple patterns, some are 3 piece and can be re-centered to what ever you need.
Yeah, we have the Keizers on our FHSAE car...
Actually wasn't a bad deal, they had a buy 3get one free and I think it ended up being like a little over $800 iirc for brand new custom 3 piece mag wheels that were pretty damn light. I don't think they are still running those wheels, and I think that may have been with an FSAE discount though.
Seemed a lot of other people at comp were running them too.
Try the classified over on Vwvortex.com. That is where i've had good luck picking up 13 inch rims. Try Craigslist as well..

I am looking for 4x114.3 (4x 4 1/2") with an offset of 32-45mm. Rim width can be anywhere from 5.5" to 7". Its for a FWD car (Suzuki Swift GTi with CRX Si calipers that clear 13" rims). Thanks for the help guys, MRW has some good deals on rims!
