which fluid? (Honda Tranny)

I had the engine & transmision out of my 95 Accord. Now that I've got it back together, I need to refill the best box. It's a 5-speed. I've been told to use motor oil. I've been thinking of going synthetic. What type, weight oil should I use?
This is a commuter car and sees mostly back roads and interstates in west central Ga.
