The reconstructive and plastic surgery  on The Millennium Escort's nose is going well. I'll be ready to fire for effect in a week or two. So what is the current favorite product for the final de-grease/wipe down before spraying, these days? And use microfiber, I presume.

If that is Acryliclean, that’s what I used.

Tack cloth right before you spray.

Buy a designated wax and silicone remover. I cheaped out once and just used laquer thinner. I did not go well.

Acryli-Clean it is then. And of course the tack cloth. I'm still keeping the Red/Black with Yellow outlines color theme, but with a twist. I'm going to do a variation of the Mazda Motorsports Argyll scheme. Red diamonds as the base color with black diamonds on the front half and titanium diamonds on the back half. I call it legit since the Escort is really Mazda BG car in disguise. If you're gonna be a bear, be a Grizzly!
