So this past Sunday My F500 decided it didn't want to stay running so we ended up doing a few runs in my son's LS400.
While we were on grid, a grid worker told us "It's got a V8, it's rear wheel drive and it looks cool". We did indeed have fun with it.
There are many fine cars outside this categorization, but there are so many greats within it. The most important part: having fun! Glad you satisfied that part and made someone's day.

We had zero expectations on setting any sort of times so we just ran round to see what it would do.
My son said I was scaring the E36 M3 out of him in the slaloms; he hasn't quite mastered the mini tank slapper approach to getting a big car to dance through the slaloms.

That technique works until it doesn't :)
I do love me some Lexus sleds.

The Lexus wheelbase compared to 73" F500 makes it child's play.
Do note my child said he was not anywhere comfortable enough with the technique to try it..........I tend to be Mr Oversteer........it was hilarious fun.
Those LS400s are at the top of my list of "cars I will never say no to."
Whether or not it's fast, an LS400 would be a lot of fun to have lowered on a nice set of wheels and a nice exhaust setup.

I new nothing about them until my son bought one. I am continually impressed by it.

did you do anything other than switch the transmission to PWR mode and turn VSC off?
