Watching GEARZ this morning on SPEED, and the crawl at the bottom of the screen said that the WTCC would be coming to California in 2012. I can't find anything on the SPEED or WTCC website so far though.

Well, I've found that it's gonna be at Sears Point, but nothing more.
Saw that, too. I'd assume Dave Despain will mention it on Wind Tunnel Sunday night, as he and his show is more all mototsports than just NASCAR. He even did a segment last year on unlimited Hydroplanes! I used to watch them run in San Diego before they switched to turbines. What a sound....
