My first thought is sand rail
It's a mid 60's chevy truck cab, but what's on the back looks like one of those plastic deck bins....
RoadRaceDart's got it. 60s Chevy truck cab and Chevy II fenders. Looks like a Jeep grille on it. The tubular thing in the pickup looks like a generic sandrail chassis to me.

^ That
I want to see some more pics of the C900 sedan in the background. What the hell...?
There is a lot to like in that picture. Regardless of what you think of the results, there was some work went into the custom "Thing". The footstep in the side is a good touch. I am not sure where the windshield came from but it works.
If you look at the overall tableau, the assortment of hoonage vehicles with the serious off road potential of the background, one would have to conclude that, while the world is debating the merits of his work, the artist is guilty of some serious redneckery type fun.
My mind is still puzzling out the pink thing; Gun mount vehicle?
He was trying to do Thom Taylor's Truckster drawing. Guarantee it.Problem is ink is easier to manipulate than steel.

That very specific curve of the glass and rake of the A-pillar is what still defines it as a mid '60's Chevrolet pickup. It is necessary as a design element.
But it serves little practical purpose.
