Realizing that the LeMons series is really for the teams, how is it for specators?

Specifically, I may be able to get to the Yee-Haw It's LeMons Texas event this October and would like to see as much as I can. I figure a weekend all-access pass would be a good start.

Grandstands, or bring a chair? Shade? Coolers? Good photo places? Suggestions ?

(No, I have more that $500 in the Valiant, thank you. )

Mae houston doesn't have grandstands, just a big deck over the garages. Get whatever pass you need to get in there, as it's kinda the only way to see the whole track. So, yes. Bring a cooler, chair, and shade. It is Texas afterall.

Once you're in you have access to everything. There is / was (construction projects going on in March) a raised spectator area. Bring a chair. There's a good viewing area at turn one. Bring a tent and live there for the weekend. There's as much to see and do through out the night.

Bring a firesuit and helmet so you can help a team on pit row.

If I had a firesuit and a helmet, and could count on being there, I would! Not that I'd be all that much help ...
