Nissan or toyota truck frame from the 80's is my guess.

Edit: yeah im pretty sure nissan truck frame. That isnt a ford 9", its an nissan H233b truck axle.

if im right, the whole rolling chassis is worth scrap value. I LOVE nissan trucks, but thats scrap metal.

9" with 6 lugs. That's weird.

Did Chrysler make an axle with a drop out center?

Would have to be Nissan, Toyota 2wd were all 5 lug.

Edit: The fully boxed frame says Japanese to me.

Nissan D21 2wd

I'd be hard pressed to think of anything else it could be given that rear end, and front suspension.

Hey! I resemble that remark.
Sadly, I was thinking, if that was closer, I'd offer him two bills....

Looks like an Isuzu truck to me.  Isuzu bolted the upper arms to the frame like that.

While not happy with the 6 lug part, whatever ricer truck it's from, would handle better than an old jalopy's buggy suspension.
My life today? Plan on something , but end up with in the woods returning to its elements, like all the projects I moved here with 12 years ago, now. Sadly.
Yes, I know there are better donors available, but I'm a sucker for odd ball...

Its a super strong rear axle and a strong frame. It could be made into something fun.
