Before becoming synonymous with the “Fast & Furious,” and before the current BMW-based offering, the Supra was simply known the Celica Supra.

This 1984 Toyota Celica Supra for sale is billed as an all-original, “runs like new” example.

Currently showing some 46,000…

Even if that didn't run at all, it's worth something, simply because it still exists below the door handles.

Out of all the maroon things, that car is the maroonist.

My cousin bought one new back in the day. He's still got it, although I haven't seen it in years because I haven't been to his place in forever. The family calls it "black beauty".

My favorite Supra.

Back when interiors couldn’t be something simple like black or tan.

Had one, it served me well for many years. Probably the quietest car I ever owned, perhaps even more so than the LS400 I had.

It's still local, and I could probably get it back for a song, but... I really don't need yet another project. Always wondered what the 6M would have sounded like with ITB's.

That rear bumper is longer than I remember. Looks like a cartoon character's lip.

All of the second generation - the final generation to be known as Celica Supra.  The this car generation.

I have a set stashed somewhere.

Me too. Though I'm not a fan of the little pods on the rear quarters that house the side marker lights. I minor quibble.

I worked at a Toyota dealer when they where new and I still like them to this day.

When my daughter blew up her Corolla GTS, I got her one of those 84 Supras about 3 years old for her college car.  Then she t-boned somebody.   I quit buying her Toyotas.  And since she has been buying her own cars for like 30 years now, she hasn't had an accident.

That 84 with a manual was quite the car in its time.

Not year...trim level. P-type (Performance) got flares among other things, and L-type (Luxury) got other stuff.

Really disappointed by the pretentious language...Currently showing some 46,000 miles, the Toyota is said to have been recently serviced.

Oh, really? "showing"??? La-Dee-Da....

Sounds like horse show nonsense....
