Spent the weekend with a 14 pikes peak edition that I picked up for my dad. What a wonderful bike! Jack of all trades, damned good at well... all trades. Skyhook suspension was awesome and everything is adjustable as berkley. Modes upon modes, all adjustable from the dash. They did a great job of having the bike really change its behavior based on the modes and gave you the ability to tailor all the settings to your desire then save as packaged presets for you to access easily. Testretta motor is still a peach but so much more usable at low rpm with a pleasant clutch and nicely tuned low engine speed tuning (not a strong point of my 1198). This one has a ti termi system with the cat deleted and the race ecu. Well done Ducati! Awesome bike.

Damn the Pikes Peak edition is nice! I've got a 2014 S model after owning a 2004 Multistrada 1000 for five years. Absolutely incredible how much the model changed over those years.

Being able to select between city, touring and sport modes and really feel the difference in throttle and brake response, overall power and exhaust note is really a game changer.

Is this new enough that is has cornering ABS and all of that? I have to admit that I'm a huge nerd for the electronics on the newest Ducatis.

I think the cornering ABS didn't arrive until 2016+ but the Pikes Peak edition from what I understand had all the bells and whistles that Ducati could throw at it.

Awesome bike. I like all Multistratas. They just get more awesome as the years go on.

No cornering abs to my knowledge. As said before, I think that came out later.
