I have: 97 bmw f650, 02 bmw r1200c, 06 bmw k1200r, 74 Honda cb450, 88 Husqvarna 430xc....
Like just about everyone else on this forum, I'm not looking for a project, but I am a sucker for an interesting deal. Details, pictures, prices, location?
first I'm thankful you are in MD... that being said... info on the BMWs? namely the F650... funduro or ST model? and k1220r
love/d my f650 ST... would be a good bike to upgrade to for my son.
I will second the statement that it's a good thing you're in MD, I could otherwise be talked into a CB shaped money-hole in my garage
Edit: It's a darn good thing there's no enablers here, I just cleared out a CB sized spot in the garage this past weekend.
i've got a sister in Damascus but i'm sure she wouldn't enable her baby bro to get a foolkiller. still, in for more info on the CB. you have title?
I'd be hopping on that K series and the CB if you were in the midwest. My wallet thanks your location.

Standard/ST model. It's apart because the previous owner painted the blue plastics olive drab. Stock configuration. Will need a full service and battery. I lost the title and haven't been able to reach the previous owner. Was thinking $500. I'm in Gaithersburg MD

There's always towing companies. I had my non running bug delivered to Northern Michigan for $400

Yes, title. Previous owner was in the process of converting it into a scrambler. Kinda looks cool. But a bit heavy for my taste as a scrambler.

If you want something really cool, I have a 81 CBX and a 74 CB750K set up as a track day bike by the original owner, who was the cheif editor of Haynes. 836 kit, front and rear konis, 70s kerker exhaust, 750F tank, half race fairing, and so on.

What is the price on the CBX?
Photos would go a long way here.

I'm bad with photos as I forget my phone half the time and my stuff is usually behind other stuff. I'm thinking 9k on the CBX . Tank has clear issues but it only has 5k miles and has the side cases and fairing. If it was mint, it'd probably be around 13k. Although, these seem like NA Miatas, a higher price every week.
Could you post pictures of everything? I'm not really looking for anything, but sometimes a picture is all it takes.
Also local and interested in pictures and getting in line for the F650. Curious how "apart" it is and if it is a runner.
Thanks
-John
It's not a runner currently. Mostly the tank, side panels, seat and so on, are off. It's on 2 wheels and suspension. Engine, exhaust and so on, are on.

Cool. Still interested. Will send you a PM for contact information shortly.
