Replaced the leaky vaccum petcock with a Manual one.

Is that the raptor petcock? If so, be aware that it takes your reserve to almost nothing. I got caught with an empty tank on my 2006 DRZ because of that...

It is not, it's a dt250 pet cock 

Swapped to the spare foot pegs I had, got rid of the tiny ones.

So jealous

Lucky you. Mine came with the raptor one and it's a huge pain in the ass with the bigger FCR carb it also came with, beyond the whole "no reserve" thing.

See if you can extend the regular pickup tube so you have more remaining when it runs out on regular

Honestly I looked into the raptor petcock and decided to go drz E. Just eyeballing it I bet the raptor petcock wouldn't keep up.

I did that on one for a local guy with a drz petcock in a Yamaha tank.

Found some hardware for the tail bag . 

Grips were toasted

Got replaced with my favorite rentals. 

Tusk coolant temp radiator cap.

Let it idle for 5-10 min scared the wife with a glowing header pipe. 

Took for a quick spin. Air oil separator is kinda gunky where it is molded together. Have a new one on the way. 

Stainless braided from line on. Feels some what better  

known issue when I bought the bike was the vapor box was melted  $30 later and fixed

Ooo, those are slick. Care to share the brackets and such you used? My stock left turn signal tab is missing so I'm brainstorming ways to move the signals back to the tail light.

Pick your fender eliminator that's this style.

Spliced into factory turn signal plugs and heat shrinked and you get this. 

The front are flush mount grom signals on stock brackets. 

Made my front axle sliders, rears needs some massaging before it's done. 

I also got a hair up my ass and decided to pull the whole front into part to replace the headlight.

Stock drz back on. When I get some time need to measure and build a bracket for a led light, I think $60 for a bracket is highway robbery. 

I do that too.  Something priced way above its value triggers me to build one from scratch or modify and repurpose something else to do the job

Took off the super short SM front fender and put a oem style one back on, bonus stuck on a sticker my buddy made me  

Do you have any recommendations for handguard/barkbusters that I may be able to put on my Sportster?  Particularly for wind and rain, even though I never ride without gloves
