Combination of toys that go brap. Rode everything yesterday.
Fun starting place.
New led light and bracket
All together. Much brighter and better cutoff line.
New to me master is rebuilt on and has a nice lever feel. Dude sent me a after Market lever with it even, gonna give it a try. The master that was on the bike was cracked where snap ring mounts the sight glass and had a small crack on the face.
Also grom brake reservoir screws for the win.
Video incoming of a switch I wired up that turns the fan on on a switch and it will still kick on with the temperature switch.

I was going off receipts and word of mouth, but my general distrust when buying makes me wanna verify everything.

Not much would surprise me with any used anything I purchased, good or bad
So when I did the valve check and all that fun stuff I replaced the clutch cable due it stretching. I noticed the clutch lever and assembly was kinda rough looking and bent up.
Did some digging around in boxes of parts I have and found this. Works like a charm, not sure if I like it yet, but will try it for a while.

Thats short. 1 finger or 2?
That's what she said! Lol
In reply to Justjim75 :
1 finger
2 fingers
Also updated view.
Grabbed some white hand gaurds covers to replace the scuffed black ones.
I don't think my Harley's clutch that surely came from a late 40s Farmall tractor can be manipulated with any less than the 4 fingers
Grabbed me some levers since I like these Chinese ones.
Got a non broke clutch perch from a local part out guy. Added my new lever and adjusted and we are in business.

These tusk d-flex are super high quality. The plastic part of the gaurds are thick and not super brittle like the chinese ones I have used.
Wait, are they hinged to fold away from the bars if it hits the ground? Thats a lot of value for less than 20 bucks
Got a cargo fork brace
My new +1 shifter came in. Now my 14EE should fit under the shifter a little better.
New to me black seat, wasn't nice as I had hoped, need to order a black seat cover. Also got a skid plate to I need to clean up and install.
So a downfall of drz ownership is the damn horn. Tired to get mine working, bike didn't have one with i got it. The wires to the horn arnt broke, the issue is in the switch. Took apart the switch and found the switch bad. Hit up amazon for a Simi permanent solution.
I never use a horn on this bike so it works perfectly.
