Not faux, faux patina, sport bike streetfighter. Is it good or aweful?

Backstory, bought this bike for $500 as a theft recovery.  Was spray painted awful blue over black to disguise.  Ended up being gold plastic underneath.   Sanding to prep for cheapo paint job, found this.  I kind of want to rock this.  Am I crazy?  Only going to use tank, tail and front fender.  All placed for pic, not actually installed.  Opinions?

Will finish off with cheapo front light fork bracket to single or double lights and fab a bracket for the dash.  Figure out if it runs well and turn into track rat.

Yep, I kinda love it.  If you get tired of it you can always paint it again.

Rattle can clear cote to stop rust, done.

I think it looks terrible, but the only person you have to please is yourself - if you like it, that's all that matters.
