"You can have it for $150, it's been in my barn for 23 years, my nephew had it running a few years ago, but the motor is seized"
Get it home... The kick start is seized.... got that de grunged and she kicks right over with lots of compression.
Today is a good day..
Wow! Well found...
I'm trying to talk myself out of being jealous by pointing out that I have a working motorcycle and no place to polish up a barn find right now.
It's not working.
OOOHHH.....
Nice find. Get it running, spit-shine, go bomb around. Repeat as required.

Immediately clean the contacts in the fuse box before it melts down (there are probably only three fuses), clean the grounds and any other electrical connectors you come across.
Adjust the valves (there's only four, so it shouldn't take long) and the cam chain tensioner if it's making noise. All easy stuff. You can even do the valves while you're waiting for the carbs to come back.
Get a package of 0000 Steel Wool and go to town on the chrome.
Did you find a tool kit and owner's manual under the seat?

I have yet to tear into it. I need an ignition switch as the bike came with no keys or ownership - in my line of work not a big deal. I will start on it sunday and update this. I need a shop manual!

Nice find! That looks like it will clean up nicely. I've got a whole taillight you can have if you can cancel the lens.
That's awesome. I've been casually looking for a bike just like that to freshen and park in the corner of my living room.

What's the number on your ignition cylinder?
(Buy these before I do):

I bought one of those at a public sale for $35. Nobody wanted it, and it was just dirty. Empty fuel tank, good chrome, perfect paint. Got it running and sold it for $500 because I wasn't into bikes then.
Yeah, I'm still kicking myself in the ass over that one.
you may want to try to do the carbs yourself.
I did mine using a home made soda blaster that cost under $10 and I used the baking soda that was in the fridge.
went from this -
to this in about 10 mins. Carb rebuild kits are cheap and pretty easy to fit -
I also don't think that you can replace the plug wires without going to aftermarket coils.
I recently did a CB360, these are very fun bikes to work on - here is my build thread.

My plug wires are chewed and the end off of one is missing. As for the carbs, it's more of a time thing. I am putting my GS450 back together , rebuilding the grm car - replacing te motor in my corvair and getting married!

What is this about a $10 soda blaster that makes things look new again?

UUUUUUUUUUGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!
In reply to Taiden:
I'll second that notion wholeheartedly.
some plug wire are replaceable others are but you have to drummel away the cast plastic solder then a dab of silicone wait a day then "plastic welded" or two part epoxy over the end.
Shoot a picture of the coils.

Don't modify it. It is way too cool just the way it is. I love the struts on the front fender for some reason. Clean, polish and enjoy.

that is the web site that I found too. I can't believe how well it worked. Iwent to Harbort freight and bought the gun part for $4.99 and the hose from home depot for $3. I almost bought a bag of soda from HF for $35 but two boxes from the fridge was enough.
