I think the thread was in Off-Topic however. At that time I recommended I think an Indian scooter maybe made by the small tractor company but the memory's not so good. Well anyway below is another option. A SEEV-800 it seems. I know jack about them and don't really care for electric.
In the picture below it looks huge but ads for small vehicles tend to use very small models so unless I google further I've no idea of the actual size.
