A hand-held computer which can communicate with on-board computers on an automobile or truck. Scan tools can read diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs), read data lists, command actions to take place, program on-board computers with new instruction sets, etc. .

I suddenly have the urge to purchase a Makita Drill.
Then read about drills in an encyclopedia.
Then use the drill to facilitate eating brains.
