Hello, i am new here and I am trying to find out what year, make, model, or any other info I can about this mini bike that I have. I have pics that I will post. I'm wanting to rebuild. It's not going to be a restoration so I don't need oem parts. I have pretty much a full bike. If anyone knows what this is, I'd greatly appreciate it. Thank you.

p.s. i understand that this is not a great representation of what it should look like but i figured this might be enough for someone to know what it is.

That looks like a Rupp Roadster.

That is a home-brewed special made from a bicycle. The pedal tube is still in place.  The welding I can see is of the "DIY" level rather than production quality.

The frame is a single-plane structure like a pedal bike. Most minibikes had a double loop fram that formed a solid base for the engine mount and the rear forks.

It does look like the Rupp Roadster has the pedal tube in place. Maybe they were buying premade frames and modifying them, or maybe they had a jig that depended on that piece to lay it out right. The rear swingarm looks different and that's probably been fabricated or modified hence the "homebrew" quality welding.

The frame itself and the gas tank matches up pretty well.

I was thinking Rupp as well.  The swing arm may have been fabricated to allow a wider rear wheel and tire (some previous kid's desire to make a chopper out of it.)
