Has anyone removed the side cladding, the cladding with the 'crosstrek' logo on it?
Any tips or tricks , do you have to depanel inside to access or is it a pop off? Thanks in Advance for any HELPFUL info!

I am dealing with replacing a door on a current generation Forrester (almost certainly the same) that has a large dent in it, so I can see how the cladding is secured.
It's primarily secured by plastic clips that snap into holes in the door. The edges of the cladding are glued to the door by a thin strip of adhesive.
So, to remove that, I would suggest separating the glue (with say, a plastic spatula type tool) then popping it off by the clips.
Other may have more direct experience, but if you are planning on taking that off to clean up the appearance, you WILL have holes to deal with.
I can provide you picture if you like.
