I noticed the date, kind of like telling somebody to come over the second Tuesday of next week.

I bought my SE-R from a used car dealer on Jan 30th of 2005. The dealer was making a temp tag for me that was said to expire in one month so he put 2/30/05. I just kinda looked at him for a while wondering if my temp tag would never expire since the date didn't exist.

thats just mean

I got my driver's license on February 29th. Because the second sequence in the license number is the day of the year out of 365, for Feb. 29th, the DMV used 000. That used to get my license LOTS of suspicious looks, as if I created a fake and forgot to change the number from the default value.
