It was just ok.
It was like Subway but more expensive.
Then you either have amazing subways or amazingly E36 M3ty Vietnamese places.
Truth! Execution matters.

So, speaking of sandwiches, the Orlando White Castle and Portello’s can be found like next to each other.

I'm fairly certain it was just a lousy Vietnamese place. I'll find another one to try next time I'm in town.
Also, I have to update my ultimate sandwich to the Skookum Chief burger from the Tomahawk BBQ in North Vancouver, B.C.
I love this place, been going there for years. It's the most Canadian restaurant ever.
I took a friend there last time I was in town and he agreed, the Skookum Chief is the ultimate hamburger.
The Skookum Chief Burger comes on a Portuguese roll, with shredded lettuce, fresh tomato, onion, Yukon-style bacon, a free range fried egg, a hot dog, and a special house sauce. There’s a choice of salad or fries on the side.
We just attempted to recreate one of our favourite sandwiches from a grubby little Italian restaurant in Toronto.
Mayo on the bottom, pesto on the top, chicken breast breaded in panko crumbs, capicollo, hot salami, roasted red pepper and grilled onion a Portuguese bun.
It wasn't exact, but it was definitely in the spirit, and it was definitely incredible. I wish I'd taken a picture
