And caravan smashing, penis wheels, sailboats, and on and on. A strong finish to the show, IMO.

Hmm...I just checked the listings for BBC America; they normally run episodes on Monday nights but it doesn't indicate they will be showing the final episode this week.

The final episode's showing any time I want, about 20 minutes from now

I think I'll watch it on the plane today.

Hey here's an interesting conspiracy theory: Did Jeremy Clarkson intentionally get himself fired to avoid having to legally change his name to Jennifer? Because the 918 is faster than the P1.

We're through the looking glass here, people.

Jimbob, you can install an extension for your browser called Hola and then watch it directly on BBC's Iplayer website.

Strange, I did not know elephants could write.

It was weird seeing the studio without a wall of spectators lining the background. I'm assuming the elephant was always there.

I watched the first half of the show Sunday night and was disappointed. The empty studio and the feeling that James and Richard were phoning it in really put a damper on it. Just didn't seem to flow. Richard, shave the goatee. Seriouisly, it looks like you just ate a chocolate popsicle (that's the safe version). The little car challenge was pretty weak and just seemed like the same damn formula (Jeremy buys them a really big souvenir they have to drag around.). I was really disappointed in the though of it being the last episode.

I watched the second half, the SUV challenge, Monday night. Everything was redeemed! Absolutely hilarious and a great way to end the series. "Thanks for watching. Goodbye." was sad. Pretty sure my wife teared up.

I'm sure the new Netflix series will be great. I doubt it will have the budget, but the personalities should be intact. I'll being watching Chris Evans and the "new" Top Gear too.

The studio part was awkward, but I suspect that wasn't completely accidental. Given the Hammond voiceover, I'm expecting that particular film was edited post-fracas. And the fracas was probably during.

James wiping out and getting bleeped during the SUV challenge had me laughing pretty hard.

The executive producer that left with Clarkson acknowledged it wasn't their best work, and certainly not what they would have done as a farewell show. There was an article in one of the Brit papers about the fiberglass elephant they procured, so it wasn't really a very well kept secret.

I suppose I'll see it when it comes onto BBC America. Typically delayed a few weeks...

You'll need to log in to post.
