For a $150K loan, we're assuming about $10K in closing costs with a VA loan with no downpayment. NFCU told me closing costs for a 150K loan would be approximately 9,086, so I rounded up in the interest of safety.

Yeah when my last loan was sold, nothing really changed other than I had to create a new online account. It was more of an annoyance than anything else, to be honest.
