Use TOR to set up a gmail account. Send email. Never use again.
Dr. Hess wrote: The Feds gave instructions to the Russians they thought they were hiring as spies on how to be anonymous. Turns out those Russians were spies, but not for the U.S. Dig up a copy of those instructions. Gameboy, your Google-Fu is strong. Give it a try. But basically it was: Buy a laptop used or for cash somewhere. Leave it off. Go to a public wifi, preferably outside of said wifi. Connect, make a free email somewhere, send email, receive email the same way. Turn it off. Only use that laptop for connecting to that one free email site. There were more hints, maybe involving not carrying a phone or something, but that's off the top of my head. Thank the U.S. Federal Government for these instructions.
Do this but remove the hard drive from the laptop, and do it all on a live boot Linux distro off a USB flash drive, spoofing your MAC address with a random one each time. Never use the same access point twice. Use TOR on top of all this for extra security.
THAT is untraceable and leaves no evidence on your person.

Sounds like you should look for employment elsewhere. All other options have the ability to cause you a great deal of pain
Hey do you work for the Secret Service? If so do what Hess said at a minimum, ideally what Kenny McCormic said (which is the "nuke it from orbit" option)
I'm leaning to the berkeley-it side. They've been told time and time again. It's not going to change. I'll let others take the E36 M3 storm that is coming.
Alternate anonymous method...
Wear latex gloves. Clip letters from magazines. Use glue stick to attach to plain paper. Go to CVS. Have address label printed. Pay with cash. WEar a disguise. Place letter in envelope (DO NOT LICK!!!). Put phone and EZ pass in house. Take public transportation paid for with cash to major city wearing a fedora, fake beard and sunglasses. Mail using a drop in mail box. Use no return address. Return home the same means but a different route. Burn the disguise.

Interesting. I might be using this in the near future.
