We're doing a remodel, and found out our retro baby-blue toilet doesn't fit(I didn't realize there was 10" and 12" toilet spacing). Unfortunately, the baby-blue shower is already installed, and the matching sink is next to it.
The guy at the Menard's plumbing counter just chuckled and said "good luck", and the one HVAC/Plumbing contractor supply shop nearby said neither Toto, nor their other manufacturer carry blue.
Any idea where I can get one?
I've also heard there are adaptors to attach a 12" bowl to the 10" flange, but our plumber said we really didn't want to use this toilet because the older models weren't glazed all the way through and clog easier?

(sniff sniff) This has the distinct odor of fresh spring bullE36 M3.
EDIT: since you seem to not be finished with the remodel, is there any reason you can't replace the flange? It's not fun, but it's not difficult unless the floor is a concrete slab.
I would try the adapter. If it doesn't work, then try to find another blue terlet.
But isn't the 10/12" spacing distance from whatever is behind it? Seems like an adapter would add a kink to the flow of your water etc. when you flush. That may clog more...
Note to self: Install toilet first during bathroom remodel.
Sorry to hear about your troubles. If we were closer to doing our bathroom remodel I would give you my blue "terlet". Good luck finding an easy solution!

You can get a blue one in Germany.
With a poop inspection shelf and possibly a duck.

Do you have Restores down there? They sell reclaimed building materials of all sorts.
Ours is great - I've picked up doors and heating vents for my 100-year old house that match perfectly, and I noticed they've always got older coloured fixtures in stock.
Go to a Ferguson or a bigger plumbing supply place with a showroom. They should be able to help color match.
If you are talking about the back spacing, you can get an offset replacement flange that is made for amateur plumbers who get the spacing wrong. Usually its as a result of failing to consider the thickness of the sheetrock plus backing plus 3 inch thick italian marble.
Of course I know because I have been there.
