Anyone have any idea what this is?
I want it to be a manual seeder of some type, but cant explain a few bits like the kickstand thingie or the sight. Pretty sure the gum pose is not correct.

Three pages with the top right corner folded, and the bottom 1/4 of the page torn off. I don't know what the rest of you are on, but you're all "seeing things."

right click on the folded paper icon, copy url then paste in your tool bar and hit enter. You will then see the picture and when you click back to GRM the pictures will show up within GRM again. You have to do it for all three images. It's one of the many quirks of the GRM taking grassroots too far. Why use forum software that works when you can write your own that kinda sorta works sometimes and even then has glaring inadequacy’s.
Back to what it is. I've no idea, but I love the gun pose pic. I wonder if it's some kind of mini spud gun? Could you push a projectile 'potato' down the barrel, fill the tank with a propelant and light it somehow?
A steam punk version of this?

Seems to be a limitation of the MG Experience blocking links than anything on the GRM side.

I think that's a type of fumigator. Either soil or vermin. I don't recognize that specific unit, but I've seen others rather similar to it.
Sorry. seems that the MG Experience board runs on LUCAS technology and blackouts are the norm. Will try to re-route!
Looks dangerous! Where can I get one? 
Does the back handle pump up pressure in the tank? It almost looks like a pesticide 'gun' for hitting nests up in trees. Hence the peep sight and the blade with the up turn point as the two sight components. Put the pesticides in the tank through the access hole. Pump up pressure with the handle, release pressure with the Pin, and shoot it with the "clasp and hinge" thingy.
It appears to be a weapon but if so what is the propellent? Compressed air? What is the tank for? To contain the compressed air or another type of propellant? What does the sliding pin do? A trigger? A pump? The hinge and clasp form a breach. It has a sight. IDK
