Got a random text from haifenfalsen9197@gmail.com. Not any contact I have saved, nor have been contacted since I got this phone in August.
About 25 minutes ago this pops up.
Ignore it? The bad grammar and gmail account makes me leery. But I'm also board and wouldn't mind dicking around with a scammer if that's what it is.
Run. Don't walk. Run away.
Robo spammers. They throw out messages to a bunch of random numbers and/or e-mail addresses. They look to see who responds. They log that and use that as a list of active numbers to sell.
^--- Yep. I have been getting a lot of these recently. I delete the message without opening it.
Yup. I delete and block anything even close to spam.
Any response flags you as an active number. They'll then sell your info to other spammers.

But if they didn't do that, how would they be able to reach you about the extended warranty on your car?
Yeah, ignore and block.
Or you may be missing an opportunity to exchange nudies with a total stranger.
In reply to Stampie (FS) :
This. I have gotten random nudies.
My rando nudes would most likely be 65 year old retiree dick. No thank you.

7726 is spam. Nice try, "Mike".
I get a lot of those. Block and delete.
