I have a good friend who is about to retire and I'd like to get some hats made for him. He's a dyed in the wool muscle car guy who runs maintenance at my old job and used to have his own trucking company, Weber Trucking. What I'd like to do is get about 50 trucker hats made with his old logo on them:

Everyone around the place loves him and I could see this being a pretty popular piece of attire on his last day.

I could always do Amazon but the quality is hit or miss, and surely someone on here could stand to make a buck or two, right?

As an example of the kind of guy he is, here's a cap from the security camera of him trying donuts in the snow with the box truck =)

Easy answer would be some cheap trucker hats and anyone with a cutter and some HTV vinyl. My cutter is in pieces or I could at least do that part.

I'll have to look into these cutters for the next time. So far it looks like Amazon it will be. A couple local places say $12/ea for 25, $11 or 10 for 50. Meanwhile Amazon will do (presumably poor quality) for $5.50 ea. Oh well, something is better than nothing in this case.

But there may be a local screen printing or embroidery shop near you as well.
