Strike, I think that was recorded before the new round of bashing led by Sony.
As much as I love my Forza series, I'm out on the next one thanks to all this crap. Looks like I'll be doing what he suggested and keeping my 360 and hoping people will still play Forza 4.

While that is true . . . It's not something that should be said if you want someone to buy your new widget ESPECIALLY when there is similar widget available.

No, it's just an observation. MS screwed the pooch with this one. Every single person here that has an XBawks now is not getting the new XBone. The stupidity associated with it is too much for them.

Sample of one. I currently have an Xbox 360 and I am probably not going to buy the new Xbox (I am leaning PS4 if get a new one but I won't until they stop selling 360 games).
Of the 5 guys I work with, 3 have xbox. 2 are looking to get the new PS4, the 3rd isn't getting anything but refuses to get the new one because of the requirements/inability to share etc.

I'm in the same camp. I will stick with my XBox 360 until initial release prices come down. Once they do, I lean towards the PS4 from what I have seen so far.
I do the vast majority of my gaming on the PC now. A console is so that the fiancee and I can lounge on the couch and play co-op shooters. We really enjoyed the Gears series.
The lack of a real racing game kills the ps4 for me. Which is why I am going to sit back and see how all this pans out.
The "word" on the web seems to be that the gamer types are heavily turning against Microsoft at this point.
For the masses though, they probably won't notice... of course there are the commercials / marketing, that could get dirty.

This. My 360 is by FAR my preferred gaming console overall. PS3 is used for movies and Netflix because PSN is the free. Xbone always on, plus kinect HAS to watch you, plus that DRM garbage? Yeah.... PS4 won that one easily. What remains to be seen is if the redesigned controller will give me playstation claw or not.

My old ass PC (think Athlon XP 3200+ and yes, that's AGP video card based system) runs everything SimBin on high (not full) at 60fps without any issues. Between that and Forza4, I will be fine for a while
