Not like, finding a channel. That's what Netflix is for. I mean, tuning for picture. I've got a pair of 1080p tvs, both hooked to blu ray (ps3 ans xbox1). However, my picture does not seem as good as the one at the store. Now, I know they crank the settings to make them look bleeding pretty, but when my phone has better picture quality streaming from YouTube.....i feel like I'm missing something.
At one point there was a TV calibration DVD that was available on Netflix streaming, but not sure if it's still there...
There's a calibration utility on every Pixar DVD/Bluray as well as LucasFilm DVD's since 2000.
It's generally under special features, extras, or setup. It's typically entitled "THX Optimizer." I know Monsters Inc. has it since I have used it to setup several TV's.
I guess they took the vertical hold knob off a few years ago, right?![](/media/img/icons/smilies/wink-18.png)

Yeah, there's no sharpness dial.

I need to optimize all of my TVs.

There's one setting in there you need an extra for. I think it's the "Tint" setting that you need some special blue tinted glasses to adjust properly. You used to be able to get them off THX's website for like two bucks.
Edit: I seem to be coming up short finding them for sale still. You can get close without them though with a little patience. Better than not adjusting and way cheaper than having someone come do it. Plus if you don't own Monsters Inc. (and why wouldn't you?) you get a movie out of it.

I believe I own 3 copies. I am not sure why or how.

It's ok I own every version of Star Wars from the Original VHS's forward and I think 3 copies of Howl's Moving Castle last I checked. They seem to breed.
