I thought it was good but really wish I had just seen it without the trailers.
I lost interest as soon as being really smart meant that the laws of physics no longer applied to you.
I found that if I turned off the part of my brain that was screaming about the whole 10% being a complete fallacy, it wasn't bad for an action flick. I'm partial to Luc Besson, though so I'm kind of biased.

Glad I'm not the only one. I too like Luc but that trailer makes me cringe.
The trailer didn't give any clue to what the move was actually about. I loved it but I also have a solid sci fi imagination. Transhumanism is one of my favorite subjects and this movie had a very different feel than a regular Hollywood flick. They even said in the movie that what happens past a certain level of brain control is all guess work and science fiction.
I liked it, although the plot was a little shallow and character development wasn't great. It was a pretty short movie, so I believe it was mainly a factor of time.
The trailer made me lose interest for two reasons:

Soooo, pretty much every movie that comes out of Hollywood?

To 1: to think we truly know anything about what we call science is merely human arrogance. We're continually proving ourselves wrong, it's what we do.
To 2: I can see the similarities. That was quite the odd anime.

Maybe, but to say the average human only uses 10% of their brain (at one time is the part they leave out) is pretty much the same as saying the average human only uses 20% (or whatever the number is) of their muscles (at one time).

Did you see "We Bought a Zoo"? It was one of my favorite roles she has played. I think she has some range.

I've used my whole brain before. Many refer to it as a generalized tonic-clonic seizure.
I believe they meant we only use 10% of our brain's capacity. I had heard this before.
Also, this was the female version of Crank. Not very good.
