Sounds good to me.... basically anything up to, but not including the Toyota GT-One and the like. If it looks like it could have been a street car at one point, AOK.
Do we want to just open it up to any drivetrain? On these tracks i don't see 4wd having a real big advantage, if any.

I ran an FD Race version around the tracks last night... what a difference you need in car setups! I must be a real dick to choose these three tracks!

Alright, i'm sitting at a 1:10.xxx on Hong Kong, and a 3:27.xxx on CdS. The Ring is pissing me off badly. 
LM Camaro with very little time or tuning. Turned out to be a busy weekend..... Hong Kong 1:18.467 Sarth 3:50.350 (sort of ironic if you look closely... and 6:51.029 for the ring.
My best ring pass is always my first. I hate that simulation with a passion.

Sarthe w/ Chicanes - 3:21.444
The Ring - 6:18.219 (ARGGGG needs moar suspension travel)
Total: 10:48.320
Done in the Xanavi JGTC 01 Skyline.
I could get faster in Hong Kong and Sarthe with both the Nissan Pitwork Motul M 350z and the R390 GT1 road car, but the ring was impossible with those cars.

Yeah, i anticipate you killing me on the Ring. I could have gotten another 5 seconds or so out of Sarthe, i had a pretty serious bobble in the last few curves on that lap, but i was sick of trying to get a perfectly clean lap in.
Hong Kong... don't know how much more i could have gotten out of it. I'm pretty bad at that track.
Were you using the LM RX7?

Trial Mountain, Laguna Seca, and the small Autumn Drive track. (i'll get the exact name tonite, or might change it.) Definitely the first two.
