Are you the target of a nuke?

Technically, isn't everyone the target of a nuke?

10 miles away from Minot AFB, ND with about 30 B-52s and 150 Minuteman III silos including one 2 miles away from my cabin on Lake Sakakawea.

I do believe I am personally targeted with  nuke, why do you ask?

Apparently, I've never not lived in a first strike zone. Yay!

I am thankful going to be a little pile of dust fairly quickly 

Already knew we were in OKC with one of the larger Air Force Bases in the country is on the SE side of town.
