As long as it's crispy and no chewy fat is left uncooked. Rubbery bacon is just awful.

I disagree...if there's been an attempt to cook it...any bacon rules over many other foods.

I have been really tempted to try this chocolate bar

I love eating bacon when drinking coffee, because the fatty richness and saltiness of the meat really compliments the roastiness of the coffee.

At my local Whole Foods the guy behind the chocolate counter gave me a taste of that bar once. It was pretty damn good. Don't think I'd pay $7 for one, but not much of this site's demographic would :). If I hadn't been given the free taste I might have eventually given in to curiosity and paid for it.
