For as long as I can remember, the driveway at my house has been real busted up. Then, last year, when I bought my big truck and parked it on the busted part, it really messed it up. Things have really turned around and two weeks ago, I was able to afford to completely redo that part of the driveway. Not only did I have it demolished, but when it was redone, I had them do it at a thicker consistency so as to be able to support the bigger truck. It was also extended another five feet.

Then, last week I had to replace all ten tires. So here is $5,000 worth of Bridgestones. Ugh.

that is a lot of money... how many miles do you get out of those tires?

Word on the street says I should get up to and over 250,000 miles. But that is OTR miles. Since I run local/regional, I get less. Much less. This will be my first run with Bridgestone. I had Goodyear before and got right at 13 months/100,000 miles. Hopefully I'll get more, but we'll see.

Where did you find 726el for $5000? And your steers? Nice buy !

Oh, nice driveway also; we are pouring three 16x50 pads this week which will fix all of our cracked and separating parts.
