Hell no.

Having read it, I can see the point about awareness. I am a casual rider and hold a motorcycle endorsement on my DL. But I question the statistics used to draw the conclusion. It seems to have been drawn from one company and based on a small sub set of people who also have bike insurance. That sounds like a niche group that would statistically be safer no matter what they do.
The counterpoint is the number of distracted riders I see on a daily basis. Or just careless riders in general. That doesn’t even get to the CJWs that turn their focus to going on the offensive against cars. But that is a heated debate unrelated to the original topic.
