The lot goes from 0.4 acres to 0.8 acres. You can always step up payments on the 20year note if you find room in the future budget to do so. Locking in a fixed rate now is smart.

Call Hagerty and put classic insurance on it with towing under storage/restoration. Have them send a flat bed for it. It's CRAZY cheap!

Well, yesterday my wife set this magical testing device in my lap that predicts the future in 9 months.

Our house is a split level with 1100 square feet of usable living space. We already have two kids. My realtor is coming over on Monday to discuss strategy. I pray my experience is similar to yours.
