I rode mountain bike in central Phoenix on Saturday in 100º heat. Dry or not, I only lasted 4 miles. I ain't used to frying.
If you're not willing to ride in the high 90's around here, you don't get to ride.
But I've also gone the other way - commuted across town in a Canadian winter. Never colder than -22F, I don't think, and the ride was only half an hour or so each way.

Oh man 133... The last three times I took out a cab they each boiled the coolant out with the a/c on at like 80F. Glad I'm not where you are
