Oh, sure. It's a $600 BiTurbo NOW, but with a few hundred hours work and the investment of a few tens of thousands of dollars, it could easily be a $3000 babe magnet!
The "E" stands for Eccentric, which as Kalyfish remarked, means it actually works sometimes. The regular model, is the "S" which stands for "Scrap".
