I call it a whole lot of 'NOPE,' but the scientific term is nermertea or in layman's terms ribbon worm. That is it's stomach that it expels to catch it's pray then it draws the pray and stomach back inside to finish digesting it. Don't worry, the small ones aren't that big. Just try and forget the largest recorded one is 177feet long!!!!
Remember the opening scene of Fury Road where a two headed lizard scurries near Max, and he stomps it and kicks it up into his hand without even looking at it?
