I've always wondered what happened to these guys:
Is anyone else even allowed to enter? I'd like to see a Dominican Republic team, as that's where most of the players come from
As for those Marines, they were soundly mocked by Canadians. There, that'll show them.

That sucks really bad, I remember seeing him on Storm Chasers. You know its dangerous when someone with 20 years of experience dies.
FWIW the SUV pictured is the one Mike Bettes from TWC was in, it was hit along with two other vehicles in the convoy, all were OK with minor injuries.
It really sucks that they died. I remember them on Storm Chasers as well. They were the few risking their lives gathering data to help improve reaction times. As far back as they try to stay from the Tornadoes, I was very surprised to hear about this.
My cousin, the amateur storm chaser however, is acting like she knew them personally (she didn't) and is blowing up FB about the whole thing. I finally had to block her content. I can't take her amateur storm chaser crap anymore.

Why the hate? I see a fair number of them around, they look cool too me and unlike the average Harley rider, the owners seem like responsible people out for fun who understand the concept of wearing a helmet and not pissing off everyone in a 1/2 mile radius with zero exhaust system.
