I had my first two kids circumcised. Due to an issue, the third was unable to have that. Through some discussions with wife and urologist afterwords, I really wished I had not done the first two kids. I consider that a major black mark on my parental record.

It's unnecessary!

It hurts, takes a long time to heal and not hurt, the kid gets taken away from Mom and Dad for a time when he should be bonding, and there is pretty much no benefit from doing it whatsoever. Even the old "it's harder to keep clean" thing is bologna in real life. Pretty much the only reason, other than "default" is if you somehow still operate under the Abrahamic Covenant.
