And the image appears to be AI. The horizontal stabilators of the F-4's are a big clue. The F-18 looks too small as well.

My dad took these at Hamilton AFB a week or so after Capt Devlin's fatal crash. They were ferrying the jets to a depot in Alabama. Dad was standing on the ramp closest to the runway with some other officers when the plane broke up during the pitchout maneuver to land. He said they had to run for cover. As far as I've been able to find, this was the last time they flew the Thud in T-Birds colors.
