I filleted the back of my wrist right above my glove with sheet metal on the back of my dryer. I was pushing a dent out from the inside and slipped. I went to the hospital, though. I ended up spending $1600 on my $300 bargain dryer.

Several times.
Countless burns, cuts, abrasions and bruises. Unless there are vital parts hanging out or bone showing, it gets a dose of peroxide, a dab of Neosporin, and a bandage. If it's on the hand, the bandage gets a layer of electrical tape for durability and I keep on working.
The most memorable was the molten plastic across my hand and forearm. That's the burn that keeps on giving, until you wipe it off with the top several layers meat. Second would be the 40 grit flap disk, chewing into the back of my index finger at 14K rpms. The glove, in that case, didn't even slow it down. Both of those left deep holes that took months to fill.
Knock on wood, I haven't gotten anything in my eyes since I splashed my face with battery acid when I was in my teens. I'm pretty careful with my face, I can't afford to get any uglier.
