So next week I have a business trip to Berlin. The last day I have free to look at cars. I am staying downtown yet I was if anyone knows of any cool car things to see.
Thx

Man, I have no idea about car stuff in Berlin but the "Cold Warrior" in me would have to do some sort of Berlin wall / Cold war touring!
$20 says there's a Trabant rental place in your area. I strongly recommend you drive one (but dont pay $200 for the privilege)
Here's one I bought for $250

Maybe call one of these ads and give the guy $40 for a test drive?
Berlin has more to offer than wasting it on car things. I like cars too obviously but the history in Berlin is really amazing and you should not waste that. They have some fantastic museums and of course the WWII and divided city history is fascinating. Do those things and look at cars back home
^^^ Agree with above.
I spent a fair amount of time there, so I did try to reserve a sports car (Z3 from the old Tegel airport) for a driving day with my wife. They sold that out and we ended up with an Alfa sports coupe diesel of some sort. Took a nice drive out through a park to Potsdam, pretty scenery there.
I've heard the Berlin Museum of Technology is great, but haven't made it there. My first choice would be to catch a soccer (Hertha BSC) match at the old Olympic stadium, take the train, its a great experience. Or just walk the city.
Yeah, don't spend your time in Berlin worrying about cars. Nothing special you couldn't get better elsewhere. Soak in the history, scenery, culture, and people. People watching does not get better than Berlin.
I suggest just spending a day hanging out around Museum Island, Hakescher Markt, and Monbijou Park. Have lunch and people watch at the Weihenstephaner pub at Hakescher Markt and listen to some street musicians. Wander over to Museum Island and check out one of the museums that catches your fancy. Then go back across the river and hang out at Strandbar Mitte in the late afternoon and do some more people watching.
Go to Tiergarten. Cafe am neuen See is one of the most delightful biergartens I have ever been to. Nothing fancy, just picturesque. Then you can wander around the gardens, look at the Soviet war memorials, and check out the angel statue in the middle of the roundabout, hike over to Brandenburg Gate.
One of my favorite things to do was just bike around and get a little bit lost. It's way more impactful to just be going from point A to B and realize, "Holy E36 M3. That's the remains of the berkeleyING WALL!"
