I usually do it at 425. I use a big closed-corner cookie sheet with a wire cooling rack laid across it and the bacon laid across that. 20-25 minutes baking, turn once halfway through.
The candied stuff is excellent too, especially if you mix a little chipotle powder in with the brown sugar.
It's the only way I do it. 375-400, on a tin-foil-covered cookie sheet. Makes for super easy cleanup, and you don't get grease all over the kitchen. That stuff smells great for 20 minutes. Not so much 3 days later.

I have to confess... I only eat bacon about once a year. Love it, but can't handle the fat.

I have wanted to try these since I read post. Did bacon on bread in oven. That worked. Tried muffins. Good. My household aproves ! Thanks!

we did this at a place i worked at for a while but we sprayed it down with bourbon before adding the sugar
