You forgot to add funny. I like this better than the cell phone warnings in the movie theaters.
Pastor I know did a deliberate bit with cellphones during church once. It was a hoot.
Some people can be really amazing with them. During my sons band concert lady behind me took a call, in spite of instructions turn the phones off. Bad enough that, but then she leaned forward right into my ear to "whisper" her converstation! I'm not really sure of my look when I turned around, but her husband grabbed her and the phone.
A cell phone went off during a funeral in our church last Saturday. I wish I had seen this before that.

One time I called a guy and he answers the phone and I start talking to him, then he says "Can't talk right now, I'm at a funeral."
For a second I thought he was joking and giggled, then I heard the organ music in the background...I said "oh, sorry" and hung up
that was great. Too many people are wrapped up in their little communications devices. So much so that the devices we created to keep in touch with those around us, have driven us apart
I have the loudest ring I can possibly load on my phone. I almost always remember to set it to vibrate when I'm places where I don't want people to think I'm an shiny happy person, and it is always mortifying when I forget to do it.
That being said, I have to have it on pretty much any time I am not on vacation from work.
