You pretty much need AC in a rental cabin in a region that regularly gets into the 90s and high humidity in the summer, and when your wife has bad allergies for more of the year than she'd like.

Since the 2-zone place never got back to us with the specs (or at all for the last few days), we went with the more expensive but versatile option. Have to meet them tomorrow afternoon to go over exact placement for the units, and the hardware should be in by Monday for them to get them installed. So we may have HVAC before we have finished interior walls...

Sounds like a good call. If you're trying to give someone your money for their business and they won't return your calls, it makes me move on as well.
