I've cleaned the car and am preparing to give it a ceramic coat.  I bought a clay bar kit, which was recommended, but with as many pylons as the FoRS has hit, I figured I'd better buff it as well.  But should I buff it before or after the clay bar?

Clay first, you want to remove all "crud" from the paint prior to buffing otherwise you will just be swirling all that around causing scratches.  That's the purpose of the clay.

Clay bar complete, buffing 70%. Looking better all the time. Can't wait to finish the ceramic coat.

It is indeed.

Shiny FoRS:

Ceramic coat complete, even the wheels.  I'm more than pleased with the results.

Nice! I was astonished at the difference having the 135 ceramic coated made. Paint, wheels, glass.

I could literally drive the car through rain for a week, quick hand sponge, rinse, perfectly clean.
